Building funnels

Create multi-step conversion funnels and track drop-off at every stage.

Admin / RevOpsSales Manager Updated May 2026

A funnel in Nomow is an ordered series of forms and landing pages that you track as a single conversion journey. The builder lets you assemble steps from your existing forms and pages library, then the insights view shows you exactly where visitors drop off and how long they spend at each stage.

Funnel list

The funnels list shows a grid of cards. Each card displays the funnel name, number of steps, overall conversion rate, last activity date, owner, and status. From the card action menu you can open the builder, duplicate, pause, or delete.

Click New funnel in the top-right corner to open the builder.

Building a funnel

Name the funnel

Give the funnel a name and an optional description. Pick an owner and add tags if you want it to appear in campaign associations.

Add steps

Click Add step to open the step picker. Select any published form (/f/:slug) or landing page (/p/:slug) from the library. Steps are added in order.

Reorder steps

Drag any step row up or down to change the sequence. The conversion calculation always flows top to bottom.

Edit step metadata

Click a step to open its metadata panel: rename the step label (for reporting purposes), set an expected completion time, and flag it as the primary conversion goal.

Save and activate

Save the funnel. It immediately begins attributing visitors who move through the steps in order.

Funnel insights

Open a funnel and switch to the Insights tab to see performance data broken down by step.

Per-stage metrics

Each step card shows:

  • Visitors — unique visitors who reached this step
  • Completions — visitors who completed this step and moved to the next
  • Drop-off rate — the percentage who did not continue
  • Median time in stage — how long the median visitor spent before completing or leaving
  • Attribution — traffic source breakdown (organic, paid, direct, referral) for visitors who entered at this step

Stage detail drawer

Click any step card to open the stage detail drawer. The drawer lists the individual contacts who reached this step but did not complete it. For each contact you can see their captured fields, their last event, and two recovery shortcuts:

  • Send WhatsApp — opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to the contact's phone number
  • Send email — opens the email compose panel with the contact pre-addressed

This makes funnel recovery an inline action — no need to navigate to the contact profile to follow up.
