Form & page analytics
Track traffic sources, device split, and field engagement across forms and pages.
The Analytics screen gives you a detailed breakdown of how visitors are finding and interacting with your forms and landing pages. It is hidden behind the Analytics permission — if you do not see it in the sidebar, ask an owner or admin to grant access in Roles & privileges.
Accessing analytics
Analytics appears as the second item in the top section of the sidebar, directly below Dashboard. If the sidebar item is missing, your role does not have the Analytics permission.
Period picker
The period picker in the top-right corner controls all charts on the page. Choose 7d, 30d, 90d, or a Custom date range. Changing the period re-fetches all data — there is no submit button.
Filter strip
A filter strip below the period picker lets you narrow the data to a specific subset:
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Form | Scope all charts to one form |
| Page | Scope all charts to one landing page |
| Campaign | Show only sessions attributed to a campaign |
| Country | Limit to a single country |
Filters stack. For example, selecting a form and a country shows traffic to that form from that country only. Clear any filter by clicking the × on its chip.
Charts
A horizontal bar chart showing the referring source of each session: direct, organic search, paid search, email, social, and other. Values are session counts for the selected period and filters.
A ranked bar chart of the top countries by session count. Useful for deciding whether localized pages or forms are worth building.
A donut chart splitting sessions across desktop, mobile, and tablet. The center label shows the total session count. Use this when deciding whether to prioritize mobile layout in the form or page designer.
A per-field engagement chart showing, for each form field, how many visitors interacted with it and how many stopped at it (drop-off). Fields with high drop-off are candidates for removal or simplification.
A line chart plotting daily or weekly conversion rate (submissions ÷ unique visitors) across the selected period. Useful for measuring the impact of form or page edits.
