Form integrations
Push form submissions automatically to Pipedrive, Brevo, and analytics tools.
The Integrations step of the form wizard connects each form to your external tools. Submitting the form then triggers the configured actions automatically — no Zapier or webhook glue required.
Pipedrive
When enabled, every new contact created by this form also generates a deal in Pipedrive.
| Field | What to set |
|---|---|
| Pipeline | The Pipedrive pipeline the deal lands in |
| Stage | The initial stage for the deal |
| Deal value | A fixed currency amount stamped on the deal at creation |
The deal is linked to the contact Nomow creates or upserts on submission. If the contact already exists and already has a Pipedrive deal in the chosen pipeline, a second deal is not created — Nomow skips duplicate deal creation for existing contacts.
Brevo
When enabled, the submitting contact is added to a Brevo list.
| Field | What to set |
|---|---|
| List | The Brevo list to add the contact to |
| Double opt-in | When on, Brevo sends a confirmation email before adding the contact |
Double opt-in is required for GDPR-regulated audiences. The contact is not added to the Brevo list until they click the confirmation link. The Nomow CRM record is still created immediately on submission regardless of opt-in status.
Tracking
The tracking panel fires client-side events from the public form page. No server-side credentials are needed.
| Field | What to set |
|---|---|
| Data layer fields | Which form fields to push into window.dataLayer on submit |
| GA4 event name | The custom event name to fire (e.g., form_submit_demo) |
| Meta Pixel ID | Your Pixel ID — fires a Lead standard event on submit |
Data layer pushes fire before any redirect, so tag managers that listen to dataLayer events capture the submission even if the visitor is immediately sent elsewhere.
Next steps
Once integrations are set, configure what happens after a visitor submits in Post-submission actions. To see the contacts and deals these integrations create, visit Contacts.
