Contacts is the heart of the Nomow CRM. Every person who has ever touched your funnels, forms, captures, or imports lives here — deduplicated on email and automatically linked to their company.

The layout

The contacts screen has four working areas, top to bottom:

  • Saved-view pills — one-click filter presets. All is always first; the active view is highlighted in the brand gradient.
  • Search bar — full-text search across name, email, and company.
  • Filter chips — narrow by stage, seniority, department, or owner.
  • The table — a high-density list. Each row shows the contact's name, email, company, title, industry, country, stage, and last-updated date.

Finding contacts

Search by anything

Type into the search bar — a name, an email fragment, or a company. Results update as you type.

Stack filter chips

Click a filter chip to narrow the list. Chips stack: pick a stage and an owner and a department to drill in. A count badge shows how many contacts match.

Save the filter as a view

Once you've built a useful filter, save it as a named view. It becomes a pill at the top of the list so you — and your teammates — can return to it in one click. See Saved views & tags.

Reading a row

Each row is dense by design — you should see around 50 contacts at once on a normal screen.

  • The name cell shows the contact's name with their email and company as a subtitle.
  • The stage tag is a colored pill — cold, prospect, intent, qualified, won, or lost.
  • The score badge is color-coded: pink for hot (80+), amber for warm (50–79), grey for cold.
  • The tech / industry cell shows up to three tags with a +N overflow.

Click anywhere on a row to open that contact's profile.

Bulk actions

When you tick one or more checkboxes, a bulk action bar slides down from the top.

Select contacts

Tick individual rows, or tick the header checkbox to select every visible row.

Select all matching

When every visible row is selected and more pages exist, a banner offers to upgrade your selection to all contacts that match the current filter — not just this page.

Act on the selection

The bar offers Reassign (change owner), Tag, Delete, and Export. The count tells you exactly how many contacts you're about to affect.

Importing and exporting

The top-right of the screen has Import CSV, Export, and New contact. To bring in a list, see the Import wizard. Export produces a CSV of whatever the current filter matches.
