Editing pipelines & stages
Rename stages, adjust probabilities, reorder columns, and configure Pipedrive sync.
The inline pipeline editor lets owners and admins reshape a pipeline without leaving the board. Changes take effect immediately — deal cards reflow and the weighted forecast recalculates as soon as you save.
Opening the editor
Click Edit pipeline in the pipeline header. The editor slides in over the board. At the top is the pipeline name field — edit it here to rename the pipeline across the whole workspace.
Managing stages
The stage list is the core of the editor. Each row represents one kanban column.
Click + Add stage at the bottom of the list. A new row appears with a placeholder name. Type the name and press Enter.
Drag the handle on the left of any stage row to move it. The board columns rearrange to match. Deals in that stage stay with it.
Click the stage name inline and type. The column header on the board updates on save.
Click the color swatch on the stage row to pick an accent color. The color appears on the stage tag chip wherever that stage is shown — on deal cards, the contact stage stepper, and the distribution bar.
Enter a percentage (0–100) in the probability field. This number feeds the Weighted forecast in the summary strip: each deal's value is multiplied by its stage's probability, then summed across all open deals.
Click the trash icon on the stage row. If deals exist in that stage, Nomow will prompt you to move them to another stage before deletion proceeds.
Pipedrive sync settings
If your workspace is connected to Pipedrive (configured in Settings → Integrations), a Pipedrive sync panel appears at the bottom of the editor.
| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Sync enabled | Toggle the two-way stage sync on or off for this pipeline |
| Pipedrive pipeline | Which Pipedrive pipeline maps to this Nomow pipeline |
| Stage mapping | Map each Nomow stage to its Pipedrive counterpart |
When sync is active, a stage move in Nomow posts the change to Pipedrive in the background. If that push fails, a yellow chip appears on the affected deal card so you can retry.
Saving changes
Click Save at the bottom of the editor. The board reloads with the updated stage columns and the summary strip recalculates. Click Cancel or press Escape to discard all unsaved edits.
