Pipeline overview
Understand the pipeline board, summary strip, and multi-pipeline support.
The Pipeline is the sales nerve center of Nomow — a kanban board where every open deal is visible at a glance, organised into stages you define. Workspaces can run more than one pipeline, each with its own stage sequence and win probabilities.
Header row
The header row sits above everything else and controls which pipeline and which deals you see.
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pipeline selector | Switch between your workspace's pipelines. The active pipeline name and its total deal count are shown. |
| Edit pipeline | Opens the inline editor to rename stages, adjust probabilities, and manage Pipedrive sync. |
| Search | Filters cards by deal name or company in real time. |
| New deal | Creates a deal manually. |
Status chips and quick filters
Directly below the header are two filter rows.
Status chips — Open, Won, Lost, All — narrow the board to deals in that state. Each chip has a color dot (open = default, won = green, lost = red).
Quick filters — All, Needs attention, Overdue, Due today, No action — each carries a red badge with its live count. Use these to clear your daily queue fast.
A third row lets you filter by Owner (everyone or a specific team member) and sort by newest, oldest, value, score, or next activity.
Summary strip
The summary strip is a row of four KPIs that updates whenever you apply a filter.
| KPI | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Pipeline value | Sum of all deal values in the current view |
| Weighted forecast | Each deal's value multiplied by its stage probability, then summed |
| Needs attention | Count of deals that are overdue or stale |
| Avg time in stage | Mean days a deal has sat in its current stage |
Beneath the KPIs, a stage distribution bar shows what percentage of deals sit in each stage, with a color-coded legend. Use it to spot bottlenecks — a wide bar in an early stage usually means deals are not advancing.
Board layout
The board is one column per stage. Each deal card shows:
- Deal name and company
- Value and the stage's win probability
- Owner avatar and deal age
- The next scheduled activity
- A score badge (brand-pink at 80+, amber at 50–79, grey below 50)
- Attention dots — red for overdue, grey for stale
Drag a card to another column to move it between stages. The move is optimistic: the card jumps immediately while the save happens in the background.
