Availability & rules
Configure your weekly schedule, buffers, notice windows, and date overrides.
The Availability step is the most consequential step in the booking page wizard. It controls exactly when prospects can book, how much breathing room you get between meetings, and which dates are blocked entirely.
Weekly schedule
The weekly schedule is a grid with one row per weekday (Monday through Sunday). For each day you can:
- Enable or disable the day with the toggle on the left — disabled days show no slots on the public calendar.
- Add a time range — set a start and end time, for example 09:00–12:00. Most days will have one range, but you can add a second (a lunch break makes two ranges: morning and afternoon).
- Remove a range — click the minus icon next to any range.
Time ranges are in the workspace timezone set in Settings → General. The public booking page converts them to the prospect's local timezone automatically.
Buffer time
Buffer time adds a gap before and after each booked meeting. A 15-minute buffer on a 30-minute call means Nomow will not offer a slot that starts within 15 minutes of an existing calendar event, and will block the 15 minutes after the call ends.
Minimum notice
Minimum notice is the shortest lead time a prospect can use when booking. A 24-hour minimum means no one can book a slot that starts within the next 24 hours. Use this to avoid surprise meetings that appear on a calendar with no preparation time.
Maximum future window
The maximum window limits how far into the future a prospect can book. Set it to 30 days and the public calendar will not show any slots beyond 30 days from today. This keeps your pipeline fresh — prospects cannot book months out and then no-show.
Date overrides
Date overrides block specific dates regardless of the weekly schedule. Common uses:
- Public holidays
- Off-sites and company events
- Planned leave
Click + Add date override and pick a date from the calendar.
Leave the time ranges blank to block the entire day. Alternatively, set restricted time ranges if you are partially available.
The override is listed below the weekly schedule. Remove it by clicking the trash icon.
Google Calendar conflicts
When Google Calendar is connected (via Settings → Integrations or the Integrations step of the wizard), Nomow checks your real calendar before offering a slot. Any event on your Google Calendar — internal meetings, personal blocks, or existing bookings — is treated as unavailable and that slot is hidden from the prospect.
