Create a booking page
Build a booking page so prospects can schedule time with your team.
A booking page lets a prospect pick a time on your calendar without the email back-and-forth. Each page has a public link (/book/your-slug) and, when someone books, Nomow creates the contact, the booking, and the calendar invite.

MORNINGBuild it with the wizard
Booking pages are built in a six-step wizard.
| Step | What you set |
|---|---|
| Basics | Title, duration, description, location type |
| Availability | Weekly schedule, buffers, notice, and date overrides |
| Form fields | What you ask on the confirm-details step |
| Integrations | Google Calendar, Pipedrive, Brevo |
| Branding | Button text, accent, host avatar, background |
| Review | Summary and the public link |
Step 1 — Basics
"Discovery call", "Demo", "Onboarding". The title is what the prospect sees.
30 minutes is the common default. Pick the length that fits the meeting.
Google Meet, Zoom, phone, or a custom location. Google Meet links are generated automatically when Google Calendar is connected.
Step 2 — Availability
This is the most important step. You set:
- A weekly schedule — the time ranges you're bookable on each weekday.
- Buffer time between meetings.
- Minimum notice — how far ahead someone must book.
- A maximum window — how far into the future bookings are allowed.
- Date overrides — block specific dates (holidays, off-sites).
See Availability & rules for the full breakdown.
Step 3 — Form fields
Choose what the prospect fills in on the confirm-details step. The defaults are name, email, company, and notes — enough for most calls. You can add text, email, phone, textarea, and select fields, with half-width layout.
Step 4 — Integrations
Connect Google Calendar so bookings land on your real calendar and conflicts are respected. Optionally connect Pipedrive to log an activity and Brevo to notify a list.
Step 5 — Branding
The page inherits your Design System by default. Here you can override the button text, accent color, host avatar and label, and the background.
Publish and share
Finish the wizard and your page is live at /book/your-slug. Share that link directly, or — better — wire it to a form so a prospect who submits is taken straight to booking. See Post-submission actions.
