Managing bookings
View, reschedule, and cancel incoming bookings from the Scheduler bookings tab.
Every booking made through a public booking page lands in the Bookings tab inside the Scheduler section. This is your single list of every meeting — past, upcoming, and cancelled — across all booking pages in the workspace.
The bookings list
The list shows one row per booking with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Attendee | Name and email of the person who booked |
| Page | The booking page title the attendee used |
| Time | Scheduled date and time (in the workspace timezone) |
| Host | The team member assigned to the meeting |
| Status | Current booking state — see below |
Status values
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | Booking is active and the calendar invite is live |
| Rescheduled | Attendee or host moved the booking to a new time |
| Cancelled | Booking was cancelled by either party |
| No-show | The scheduled time passed with no attendance recorded |
Rescheduling a booking
Click the Reschedule action on any confirmed booking row. This generates a fresh rescheduling link and — if the attendee's email is on record — sends them a notification with a link to pick a new time. The booking status updates to Rescheduled and the original slot is freed on the host's calendar.
Alternatively, the attendee can use the reschedule link from their original confirmation email at any time.
Cancelling a booking
Click Cancel on any confirmed or rescheduled booking. Confirm the cancellation in the prompt. The calendar invite is removed and the attendee receives a cancellation notice. The booking status changes to Cancelled.
How bookings mirror to the CRM
When a prospect completes a booking, Nomow automatically:
- Upserts the contact by email (creates one if none exists).
- Auto-creates or enriches the linked company from the attendee's email domain.
- Appends a
booking_createdevent to the contact's timeline in the Activity tab.
The timeline event includes the booking date, host, location type, meeting duration, and any notes the attendee submitted on the confirm-details step.
Filtering and searching
Use the search box above the list to filter by attendee name or email. You can also filter by booking page or status using the filter chips.
