Inviting users
Add teammates to your Nomow workspace and manage pending invitations.
The Users screen is where you manage everyone on your workspace — active team members, pending invitations, and access levels. Open it by clicking Users in the sidebar (Settings section).
The Team tab
The Team tab lists every user who has accepted an invitation.
Each row shows:
- Avatar, name, and email
- Role — owner, admin, manager, agent, or viewer
- Status — active or suspended
- Last active — the timestamp of the user's most recent action
The action menu (three-dot icon on each row) gives you:
- Edit — change the user's name or role
- Suspend — revoke access without deleting the account; the user cannot sign in while suspended
- Delete — permanently removes the user from the workspace
The Invitations tab
The Invitations tab shows invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted.
Each pending invitation row shows the invitee's email and name, their assigned role, and the expiration date. From the action menu you can:
- Resend — sends a fresh invitation email and resets the expiration clock
- Revoke — cancels the invitation immediately; the accept link in their email stops working
Inviting a new user
The button is in the top-right corner of the Users screen. It is available from either tab.
Enter the invitee's email address, their display name, and the role you want to assign. For a description of each role, see Roles & privileges.
Click Send invite. Nomow emails an accept link to the address you entered. The invitation appears immediately in the Invitations tab.
When they click the link, they set a password and are signed in. The row moves from Invitations to Team automatically.
When email delivery fails
If Nomow cannot deliver the invitation email — for example, because the address bounced or your Email settings are not yet configured — an invite link fallback modal appears. It shows:
- The reason the email could not be sent
- The raw accept URL to copy and send manually (for example, via Slack or WhatsApp)
The link is valid for the same expiration period as a standard invite. Share it only with the intended recipient, as anyone with the link can claim the seat.
Next steps
Once your team is in place, review Roles & privileges to make sure each person has the right level of access.
