Most questions about Nomow have a short answer. Start here — if your issue isn't covered, the other troubleshooting articles go deeper.

Account & access

I can't sign in

First try a password reset from the "Forgot your password?" link. If you see "too many attempts", wait a few minutes — sign-in is rate-limited. If you see "account suspended", contact your workspace owner. Full detail is in Login help.

I don't see a menu item a teammate has

The sidebar adapts to your role. Analytics, Settings, Users, and Privileges are permission-gated. Ask an owner or admin to check your role in Roles & privileges.

My invitation email never arrived

Ask your owner to resend it, or to copy the invite link directly to you — Nomow shows that link on the Users screen as a fallback when email delivery fails.

Data & contacts

I have duplicate contacts

Nomow deduplicates on email, so duplicates usually mean the two records have different email addresses, or one has none. You can merge them from the contact profile. To avoid it on import, make sure your email column is mapped correctly — see Import problems.

A contact isn't linked to a company

Contacts link to companies by email domain. A contact using a freemail address (gmail.com, outlook.com) won't auto-link, because Nomow deliberately skips freemail domains. Add the company by hand on the contact's Edit tab.

An import created the wrong records

Open the History tab in Import and use Revert on that job. It soft-deletes everything the import created — including auto-created companies — without touching older records. See Import history & revert.

Forms, pages & bookings

My form submissions aren't becoming contacts

A submission only mirrors into the CRM if the workspace has a default owner set and the form has an email field. Check the default owner in Settings, and confirm your form collects email.

My custom domain won't verify

DNS changes take time to propagate, and a small typo in a record will block verification. Walk through Domain verification.

The embedded form looks cramped or off-center

Embedded forms use a postMessage protocol to auto-resize. If the host page strips iframes' messaging, the resize can't happen. Confirm the embed snippet was pasted unmodified — see Publishing & embedding.

Display & performance

The app shows stale data

Click Refresh in the sidebar footer to force-reload everything. If a specific list looks wrong, a refresh chip may appear at the top — click it.

Dark mode isn't sticking

Your theme choice is saved per browser. If it resets, your browser may be clearing local storage. See Light & dark theme.
