Login help
Fix sign-in problems including resets, rate limits, and missing invitations.
Most login problems resolve in a few steps. Work through the relevant question below, or follow the password-reset flow if you simply can't get in.
Password reset
On the login screen, click the link below the sign-in button. The screen transitions to the reset form.
Type the email address associated with your Nomow account and click Send reset link. You will see a confirmation message regardless of whether the address exists — this is intentional to prevent account enumeration.
The link is valid for 1 hour. Clicking it loads the reset-password overlay where you enter and confirm your new password.
After a successful reset, you are returned to the sign-in screen. Use the new password immediately.
Common sign-in problems
I see "Too many sign-in attempts"
Nomow rate-limits sign-in to protect accounts. The lockout clears automatically after a few minutes. Wait, then try again. If you are resetting a password during this window, the reset-link request is also rate-limited — wait the same interval and retry.
I see "Account suspended"
Your workspace owner has suspended your account. Contact your owner to have it reinstated. Owners can manage account status on the Users screen under the Team tab.
I signed in but the app is blank or stuck loading
This usually means a stale session cookie. Sign out from any other Nomow tab you have open, clear the site's cookies, and sign in again. If the problem persists, try an incognito window to confirm it is not a browser-extension conflict.
My invitation email never arrived
First check your spam folder. If it is not there, ask your workspace owner or admin to go to Users → Invitations, find your pending invite, and click Resend. If email delivery fails again, Nomow shows an invite link in a fallback modal — ask the owner to copy that URL and send it to you directly (by Slack, WhatsApp, or any other channel).
The invite link says "Invitation not found" or "Expired"
Invitation links expire after 7 days. Ask your owner to revoke the existing invite and send a new one. Revoking and re-inviting resets the expiry clock.
I accepted the invitation but can't set a password
If the accept link was clicked more than once, the second click will find the token already consumed and show an error. Ask your owner to re-invite you — the existing account may already be active; try a password reset first.
Session expiry
Nomow sessions last 7 days from last activity. After 7 days without opening the app, you are signed out automatically. Signing in again restores your full workspace without any data loss.
