Welcome to Nomow
What Nomow is, who it's for, and how this help center is organized.
Nomow is a B2B sales and marketing platform that brings your CRM and your marketing surfaces into one place. Instead of stitching together a CRM, a form builder, a scheduler, and an analytics tool, you run all of it from a single workspace at app.nomow.ai.
What you can do with Nomow
Nomow is built around one idea: a contact is the single source of truth. Every visitor, form fill, booking, and import flows into the same contact record, deduplicated on email and automatically linked to their company.
- CRM — contacts, companies, a kanban pipeline, deals, target accounts, and lead scoring.
- Marketing — landing pages, multi-step funnels, forms, booking pages, campaigns, email templates, and website pixel tracking.
- Data — a CSV / XLSX import wizard that deduplicates and enriches as it loads.
- Integrations — Brevo for email, Pipedrive for CRM sync, and Google Calendar for bookings.
How this help center is organized
There are two ways to find what you need.
The left sidebar groups every feature into topics — Contacts, Pipeline, Forms, Scheduler, and so on. Each topic page lists its articles in a sensible reading order.
Every teammate uses Nomow differently. The Role guides give you a curated learning path for how you work — whether you're the owner setting things up or an agent working deals all day.
Press <kbd>/</kbd> anywhere, or use the search box in the header, to jump straight to an answer across every guide and FAQ.
Find your role
Pick the guide that matches how you'll use Nomow:
| Role | You are the person who… |
|---|---|
| Workspace Owner | Sets up the workspace, connects integrations, and owns the team |
| Admin / RevOps | Configures pipelines, scoring, and custom fields |
| Sales Manager | Watches the forecast and coaches the team |
| Sales Agent | Works deals, contacts, and bookings every day |
| Viewer | Reads dashboards and records without editing |
