Signing in to Nomow
How to sign in, stay signed in, and reset a forgotten password.
You reach the Nomow app at app.nomow.ai. The app itself sits behind a sign-in screen — only your public forms, pages, and booking links are reachable without an account.

Sign in for the first time
Your account is created when an owner or admin invites you. You'll receive an email with an invitation link.
Click the link in your invitation email. It takes you to a page where you set your password. If the email never arrives, ask your owner — they can copy the invite link to you directly from the Users screen.
Choose a strong password. Nomow stores passwords hashed and never shows them again, so use a password manager if you have one.
You're taken straight into the app. From now on, sign in at app.nomow.ai with your email and password.
Staying signed in
A session lasts 7 days. Within that window you won't be asked to sign in again on the same browser. After it expires — or if you sign out — you'll see the sign-in screen again.
Reset a forgotten password
It's the link directly below the sign-in button.
Nomow sends a reset link to that address. The link is single-use and time-limited.
Open the email, click through, and set a new password. You'll be asked to sign in with it.
If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then see Login help.
Why sign-in might fail
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| "Incorrect email or password" | The credentials don't match. Try a password reset. |
| "Too many attempts" | Nomow rate-limits sign-in attempts per IP and per account. Wait a few minutes and try again. |
| "Your account is suspended" | An owner or admin has suspended your access. Contact them. |
