Navigating Nomow
The sidebar, the three product areas, and how to move around the app.
Nomow is one app with a consistent layout on every screen: a left sidebar for navigation and a main canvas for whatever you're working on.

The sidebar
The sidebar is your map of the whole product. It's organized top to bottom into three product areas plus a settings area.
Your home base. The dashboard shows KPIs and the prospect-to-lead funnel; analytics covers form and page performance.
Everything in the CRM: Pipeline, Prospects, Contacts, Companies, Target Accounts, Lead Scoring, Scheduler, and Import.
The outbound surfaces: Campaigns, Funnels, Pixels, Pages, Forms, Templates, Design System, and Domains.
Workspace administration: Settings, Users, and Privileges. These only appear if your role has permission.
Collapsing the sidebar
Click the collapse control to shrink the sidebar to icons only — handy on smaller screens or when you want more room for a wide table. Hover any icon to see its label.
The sidebar footer
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll always find:
- Your user pill — avatar, name, and role.
- Light / Dark toggle — see Light & dark theme.
- Refresh — force-reloads all data if something looks stale.
- Sign out.
Moving between records
Most screens follow the same pattern:
- Lists (Contacts, Companies, Pipeline) show many rows. Click a row to open its full profile.
- Profiles (a contact, a company, a deal) are full pages — not pop-ups — so you can bookmark them and share the link.
- The back button returns you to the list with your scroll position and filters intact.
Search and keyboard shortcuts
