Understand what your user pill shows and how to manage your account.

Your identity in Nomow is shown in the user pill at the bottom of the sidebar. It displays your avatar, display name, and role at a glance — and it's the starting point for account-level actions.

The user pill

The pill appears in the sidebar footer on every screen. It shows:

  • Avatar — initials or a profile image if one has been set.
  • Display name — set when your account was created or last edited by an owner or admin.
  • Role — the label (owner, admin, manager, agent, or viewer) that determines what you can see and do across the app.

What each role can do

RoleTypical access
OwnerEverything, including billing and destructive actions
AdminAll product features; can manage users and privileges
ManagerCRM, pipeline, forms, analytics; no settings or user management
AgentContacts, pipeline, scheduler; limited to their own data by default
ViewerRead-only across the surfaces their permissions allow

Permissions can be refined per user by an owner or admin in the Privileges screen.

Changing your password

Nomow does not expose an in-app password field. To change your password:

Sign out

Click Sign out in the sidebar footer.

Use the forgot-password flow

On the login screen, click Forgot your password? and enter your email address.

Follow the reset email

Nomow sends a reset link to your email. Click it, enter a new password, and sign back in.

See Logging in for full detail on the reset flow.

Requesting a role change

You cannot change your own role. Ask an owner or admin on your workspace to update it in Settings → Users or in Roles & privileges.

Next steps

Review Roles & privileges to understand the full permission matrix, or go back to Logging in if you're having trouble accessing your account.
