The contact profile
Read a contact's full history, move their stage, and log activity.
A contact profile is a full page, not a pop-up drawer. It has its own stable URL like /contacts/rana-hassan, so you can bookmark it, share it, and return to it.

The header
The top of the profile shows who you're looking at: avatar, name, primary email, title, a link to their company, their stage tag, and their score badge.
Directly below is the action row: Edit, Tag, Add note, Schedule activity, Email, WhatsApp, and More.
The stage stepper
The stepper is a row of colored segments showing where the contact sits in your stage flow. Click any segment to move the contact to that stage.
The colors follow one rule across all of Nomow:
- Passed stages — red
- The active stage — brand gradient (pink → orange)
- Future stages — neutral grey
Moving a stage writes a stage_changed event to the timeline automatically.
The tabs
A contact profile is organized into tabs. Each one answers a different question.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | Company card, key facts (phone, LinkedIn, score, source), and the last 5 events |
| Activity | The full chronological timeline — every event, ever |
| Forms | Every form this contact has submitted, with the payload |
| Bookings | Every meeting booked, with reschedule and cancel links |
| Pipeline | Every deal this contact is on |
| Data | A complete dump of every field — useful for debugging an import |
| Edit | An in-place editor for all CRM fields |
The activity timeline
The Activity tab is the contact's complete story. Each item has a typed icon, a primary line ("Form submitted · Demo Request"), a meta line ("3 days ago · score 78"), and — where relevant — an expandable list of the exact fields that were submitted.
Event types you'll see include: created, updated, stage changed, form submitted, booking created / rescheduled / cancelled, note added, email sent, deal created / won / lost, tags changed, and imported.
Editing a contact
Open the Edit tab to change any CRM field — name, title, phone, country, custom fields, and more. Saving writes an updated event to the timeline, so there's always a record of what changed and when.
Reaching out
The Email and WhatsApp actions in the header open a pre-addressed message to the contact. The WhatsApp shortcut uses their phone number if one is on file.
