Saved views & tags
Pin filter presets as named views and organize contacts with tags.
Saved views and tags are two complementary tools for organizing and quickly returning to segments of your contacts or companies list. Views save a filter combination; tags label individual records.
Saved views
A saved view is a named snapshot of whatever filters are currently active. Once saved, it appears as a pill above the search bar — a single click restores the full filter set.
Creating a view
Apply one or more filter chips below the search bar — stage, seniority, department, owner, custom fields, or any combination. The table updates live as you stack chips.
Click + New filter in the pill row (or the save action that appears alongside active filters). Give the view a name. It is saved immediately for you and every teammate who has access.
Click the pill at any time to restore the filter. The active view is highlighted in the brand gradient. Click All to clear back to the unfiltered list.
Managing views
Each pill has an overflow menu (three dots) with three actions:
- Pin / unpin — pinned views always appear in the pill row; unpinned views move to an overflow list.
- Rename — edits the label in place.
- Delete — removes the view for everyone on the workspace.
Views on the companies list
Saved views work identically on the Companies screen. Filter by industry, employee range, country, enrichment status, or any custom field — then save the result as a named view.
Tags
Tags are free-form labels you attach to individual contact records. They are separate from filter-based views and are useful for one-off grouping that does not map neatly to a field value.
Adding tags to a contact
Open any contact and click Tag in the action row at the top of the profile. Type a tag name and press Enter. Existing tags autocomplete as you type.
Applying tags on import
During a CSV import, the preview step includes a tag selector. Any tags you pick there are applied to every contact (and their linked company) created or merged by that import job. This is the fastest way to segment a list by source or campaign.
Filtering by tag
Once contacts are tagged, use the filter chips on the contacts list to narrow by one or more tags. Combine with other chips — for example, tag equals webinar-q2-2026 and stage equals Qualified — then save the result as a view.
